Aus dem Hause OCZ wurden neue DDR3 Ram Module für die AM3 Plattform von AMD vorgestellt , wobei es sich dabei um die neuen Modelle PC3-12800 Platinum AMD Edition , PC3-12800 Gold AMD Edition , PC3-10666 Platinum Low Voltage AMD Edition und PC3-10666 Gold AMD Edition handelt.
Die neuen Ram Module erscheinen somit mit 1333 MHz ( PC3-10666 ) und mit 1666 Mhz ( PC3-12800 ) Taktfrequenz und diese sind vor allem für Gamer aufgrund ihrer hohen Taktfrequenz interessant. Alle Module sind mit XTC ( Xtreme Thermal Convection ) Heat Spreadern ausgestattet und jedes der Module gibt es als 2×2GB Kit.
